What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Run all stations and support BOH operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
- Lead by example with professionalism and positive energy
- Adapt and problem-solve on the fly
- Contribute to a collaborative, guest-first kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Solid cooking techniques and knife skills
- Great communication, organization, and leadership presence
- Experience in upscale or fine dining preferred
- Familiarity with seasonal menus and premium ingredients
- WA State Food Handler Card (required)
- Culinary Degree strongly preferred

- Pay: $30–$33/hr Think of this as your springboard to Chef-dom. Sous Chefs at ESR are members of our management team and are compensated accordingly, with expectations of a standard 45 hour work week. This is a Non-exempt Hourly Management role and does not participate in tip sharing. (potential to earnings of $70K-$75K annually)
