How to Cook a Wolf pays homage to MFK Fisher and the philosophy of taking simple ingredients and transforming them into culinary splendor. The food is uncomplicated and rustic. It’s an ever-changing menu of Italian inspired small plates, crafty cocktails, and wine program from Italy and the Pacific Northwest. Wolf Madison Park is seeking a special individual who brings warmth and personality to our busy neighborhood restaurant who has both industry experience and a desire to grow and learn with a team of dedicated hospitality professionals. We are a small, neighborhood restaurant with a wonderful regular following and dependably strong year-round business.

Qualifications

Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have an interest in developing a broader knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits offerings
Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit
Current WA Food Workers Card

Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.

Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
