We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to join our vibrant restaurant team! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and functionality of our restaurant's physical space, ensuring a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Key duties include managing repair schedules, coordinating with vendors, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in facilities or operations management—preferably in a hospitality or food service setting. Job Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or operations—preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
Strong knowledge systems maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to food service establishments.
Ability to manage vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and overseeing work quality.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to emergencies.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with management, staff, and external partners.
Basic computer proficiency, including the use of maintenance management software and spreadsheets.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed for repairs or emergencies.
Physical ability to perform hands-on inspections, repairs, and general maintenance tasks.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
